The Golfwits Course Map Library and the eYardageBook

The eYardageBook is the window into the largest interactive course map library in the world. The Golfwits Course Map Library is a growing collection of Maps for golf courses throughout the US, Canada and other countries. Use the eYardageBook to search the Golfwits course map library, check distances between any two points you choose on any course map, view and customize rounds played for pre-planning and print out "Pro Books" to take with you to the course.

If you are a golfer, then enjoy the many features that are available in the eYardageBook. If you are a golf course or webmaster, then you should certainly consider purchasing the eYardageBook for your website. A golf course would never choose to not have a scorecard or yardage book available at the Pro Shop. Why not put the Golfwits eYardageBook on your website?

The Golfwits Course file (GWC file) is an essential component of Golfwits. We produce custom artwork for each course and render the artwork with our proprietary application, creating a special file that is only usable within the Golfwits application. The GWC file cannot be viewed otherwise. As each GWC Map is produced we test and post it in the library where it is downloadable through the Course Map Search.

Map Availability

We have already produced thousands of GWC Maps and the numbers continue to grow. Our golf course database is an extensive listing of 18+ hole regulation courses. Currently, our coverage in the USA is more complete than in any other country. If we have not already produced a GWC Map of the course you selected, you can request that we build it. The charge for this service is $15 per map.

(The $15 fee pays the cost of putting the course into our build schedule and expediting the publication of the map.)

Map Requests

If you request a map that is not currently downloadable from our website, we would greatly appreciate your help obtaining the necessary materials to produce a GWC File. We need an accurate source of information about the course in order to produce a qualilty GWC File.

The quality of the map(s) we receive for a course directly affects the quality of the product we can generate. Be sure the course map shows the appropriate bunkers, hazards, greens and tees as well as yardages and rating/slope information. If you are interested in this offer, please send the course information and map(s) along with your name and email address and $15 to the address listed below.

Map Accuracy and Revisions

Golfwits is committed to accuracy and quality. However, we cannot guarantee that every GWC Map is an exact representation of the actual golf course layout. On occasion, the information we receive from a course or customer does not accurately represent the course. This is reflected in our GWC Map.

We invite your participation in ensuring the best possible quality of the GWC Maps in our Library. If you find errors in the GWC Map you have downloaded from our Library please let us know.
